Secret Shifters (manage your state)

Have you ever felt bad and at the mercy of circumstances? If you understand the law of attraction you will realise that circumstances left unchecked will cause thoughts of the bad circumstance to resonate through your mind uncontrollably, and thus attract more of the circumstances. Its a downward spiral!

As a practitioner of law of attraction, I value policing my thoughts however if you are like me you’ve been in the situation many times where your seemed unable to control

Your thoughts (particularly emotional ones) can seem to take on a momentum of their own and the train of thought becomes harder to stop - the good news is that there is one-shot method I use to immediately gain control of thoughts.

What is it? I made a list of ’secret shifters’ - these are resources I can call upon should I feel I am on a runaway train of thought that will change my state and interrupt that pattern of thinking - All I have to remember is to consult my list of shifters and within minutes begin feeling much better and be in a better (higher) vibration.

Examples of shifters:
Shifters will be differ for each individual however here is a list of ideas that may help you find your own secret shifters:

Pleasant Memories - See the memories on a big screen in your mind, be in your body looking out at the event where possible, make the colours bright, the sounds crisp and clear and have direction, notice any smells or tastes and enjoy how this makes you feel - remember perception is reality!

Future events - As above, associate with the future event by being in your body looking out as you would experience it when it happens. Make the pictures big, bright and colourful and enhance any sounds, taste, smells involved. This should have a powerful feeling effect.

Gratitude - count your blessings, and being in this state of gratitude tends to attract more things to be grateful for!

Comedy - Watch something funny! Boosts the immune system also.

Nature - Go take a walk outdoors, feed the ducks, interact with natural environments

Beautiful Music - Listening to music can be a powerful way to change your state
